Located within the Midrail Building on Mountain Street next to the Federal Building. Paid parking is available on Mountain street directly in front of the building entrance. Free parking is available on the square. The Midrail building is black with silver letters. Please have a seat in the lobby as soon as you walk in. There is no secretary to check in with.
